I am a solution-focused therapist, which means that I am assist my clients in building solutions instead of problem solving. We will explore your current resources and future hopes! I have a sweet spot for children and adolescents, as I am also a school counselor. This means that I regularly work with a team to collaborate on finding the best recipe for success with my clients. I can educate parents on how to advocate for and navigate 504 Plans and Individualized Education Plans (IEP).
I use play therapy with my youngest clients to develop rapport and promote positive change. My goal is to assist my clients of all ages in developing effective coping skills to manage their daily difficulties. I believe in the balance between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, which is why I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy.
My ideal client is:
- An anxious child
- A sad child
- An overwhelmed or confused parent
- Struggling with ADHD
- Ready to get back on track.
At the present time, I am not accepting new clients, but will be again in summer 2018.

I accept all Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans, Aetna, & Medcost (CBHA). I am out of network with all other insurance plans, and I can offer an invoice to submit towards your out of network benefits for potential reimbursement.
Self-Pay Rate: $100 per 55 minute session.
