Jessica Craig, Ed.S, M.Ed, LPC
Jessica offers exceptional clinical care, specialized for teens, young adults, and families. Jessica owns and manages Craig Counseling, PLLC. She has experience helping a broad spectrum of clients in various settings, such as substance abuse treatment centers, in-home therapy, correctional facilities, schools, and private practice. Jessica helps her clients and families resolve internal conflict by exploring their self-identity, values, and who they are in the world.
Jessica is a present-focused counselor who utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, gestalt therapy, and the existential approach in her work with clients. Her approach has helped many clients overcome depression, anxiety, low self-confidence, and relationship conflict. Jessica is aware of the changes in our ever evolving world, and she assists her clients to heal considering the pressures and norms in today's society.

Ashley Elsaesser, M.Ed, LPC

Ashley offers individual counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults.  With over seven years of experience as a School Counselor, she specializes in working with children and adolescents. 

Ashley believes in embracing her client’s inner strengths to promote growth and positive healing. Through a client-centered approach, she utilizes solution focused and cognitive behavioral counseling techniques to meet her client’s needs.  She also specializes in the use of play therapy techniques with her younger clients to develop rapport and promote change.  Her approach has helped her clients to develop positive coping strategies for anxiety, ADD/ADHD, depression, trauma, family dynamic changes and various presenting concerns. She also guides parents to access appropriate school interventions and support plans (IEP and Section 504) when necessary.

Carolyn Souders, MSW, LCSW

Carolyn’s therapeutic approach is warm and genuine, utilizing a strength-based, interpersonal approach. She believes in the power of relationship and it’s ability to make positive changes.  Her focus is to assist each client in identifying their strengths, developing effective coping strategies for difficult issues and fostering meaningful relationships in their lives. She has experience working in community mental health, inpatient behavioral health and primary care settings.

Carolyn provides individual, group and couples therapy. She specializes in working with adults and families who would like to address specific areas of distress in their lives. These areas include interpersonal conflict, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss issues, and major life transitions.  She also has extensive experience in assisting individuals and families to manage caregiver stress related to major illness or chronic mental illness.
