Jessica Craig Driggers, Ed.S, M.Ed, LPC
Jessica is the founder of Craig Counseling, PLLC and provides care to children, adults, and families. She has experience working with a broad spectrum of clients in various settings, such as substance abuse treatment centers, in-home, correctional facilities, schools, and private practice. Jessica helps her clients and families resolve internal conflict by exploring their self-identity, values, and who they are in the world.
Jessica is a present-focused counselor who utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, gestalt therapy, and the existential approach in her work with clients. Her approach has helped many clients overcome depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Jessica is aware of the changes in our ever evolving world, and she assists her clients in healing considering the pressures and norms in today's society.

Ashley Elsaesser, M.Ed, LPC

Ashley provides individual counseling services to children, adults, and families.  With over seven years of experience as a school counselor, she specializes in working with children and adolescents. Ashley believes in embracing her client's inner strenghts to promote growth and positive healing.

Through a client centered approach, she utilizes solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to meet her client's needs. She also specializes in the use of play therapy techniques with her younger clients to develop rapport and promote positive change. Her approach has helped her clients to develop coping strategies for anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and family dynamic changes. She also guides parents to access appropriate school interventions and support plans (IEP and Section 504) when necessary.

Barbara Scott, MSW, LCSW
Barbara provides individual, couples, & family counseling to adults and children at the practice. Through her extensive experience working in multiple settings, Barbara has helped clients with a wide range of clinical difficulties such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, anger management, relationship problems, parent-child conflict, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, & school difficulties.
Barbara is a solution-focused therapist who strives to assist individuals in finding the root of their problems, while developing coping skills to help them navigate through life. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Barbara helps her clients to develop a clear understanding of their thoughts and beliefs, allowing them to view their circumstances and direction more clearly.

Carolyn Souders, MSW, LCSW
Carolyn provides individual, group, and couples therapy to adolescents and adults. Her therapeutic approach is warm and genuine, utilizing a strength-based, interpersonal approach. She believes in the power of relationship and its' ability to make positive changes.  Her focus is to assist each client in identifying their strengths, developing effective coping strategies for difficult issues, and fostering meaningful relationships in their lives. She has experience working in community mental health, inpatient behavioral health and primary care settings.
Carolyn specializes in working with adults and couples who would like to address specific areas of distress in their lives. These areas include interpersonal conflict, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss issues, and major life transitions. She also has extensive experience in assisting individuals and families to manage caregiver stress related to major illness or chronic mental illness.
